This one policy covers every order on this site: shipping, returns, and how we handle your info.

All sales are final

Every item is sold as listed. No returns, exchanges, or refunds for fit, color on screen, change of mind, or “not what I expected.”

The only exception: we sent the wrong item, or the item is materially different from the photos, measurements, and description. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After 48 hours, the order is closed.

Condition

Listings include measurements and photos of flaws. That is the condition record. Vintage and pre-owned pieces show wear. That is normal and not a defect.

Shipping

• We ship within 1–3 business days of payment.
• Every order goes out with tracking.
• Delivery dates from the carrier are estimates, not guarantees.
• Lost or damaged in transit: wait 7 days, then contact us with the tracking page. We file the claim and refund or replace.
• Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• International buyers pay all duties and taxes. We do not handle customs returns.

Privacy

We use your information only to process and ship the order (payment processor and carrier). See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service generated in checkout for the full legal text.
